THE STORY

A family-focused light renovation for our Downtown Washington DC clients. We were about to embark on our client’s main residence renovation just blocks away from one of their smaller investment homes in Northwest Washington, DC. Instead of feeling unsettled in a rental home, our clients asked us to embark on a quick and light refresh of their quaint 2500 square feet Victorian Row houses just a few blocks away. They asked for a refresh for their busy family to have a place that felt familiar whilst renovations were embarking on their larger family home.

This was a quick design and refresh with all new furnishings. An 8-month turnaround time for Design, execution, and installation, which required meticulous teams on our project management and design teams to design, custom make, and execute not only the design but the furnishings.
