THE STORY
Through a full-scale renovation we created a sense of openness and simplicity for our client to retreat to after a long surf. Using mostly organic and natural materials to channel their moody, wabi sabi sensibility, we removed walls, replaced small windows with larger statement windows and doors, and rearranged the floor plan but still included custom built-ins to eliminate visual clutter.
